If you detect even a small amount of cool air coming from the cold side fan and warm air coming from the other fan, please follow the test on this page.

If you did NOT detect even a small amount of cool air and a small amount of warm air, then please follow the test on the "Absolutely No Cooling" page.

2. Can you see any ice forming on the cold side (On the coil)?

   YES    NO

3. Is the temperature of the surrounding area over 80 °F (25 °C) or over 70% Relative Humidity? MORE INFO...

4. Is the unit placed in, or is it venting to an unventilated area, like a garage, attic, unfinished basement, laundry room, closet, etc.?

   YES    NO

5.  Is airflow to and from the cooling unit blocked or obstructed in any way?

   YES    NO

6. Are any exterior surfaces of the cabinet exposed to sunlight? (for cabinets only)

   YES    NO

7. Does the door seal tightly when closed?

   YES    NO

8. Did you properly assemble the cabinet with all joints airtight (Rubber Insulation Cord), or

    did you build your cellar following our instructions(insulation, vapor barrier,floor, door) ?

   YES    NO

9.  Is the storage temperature properly set at 57° F (14°C)?(or warmer)

   YES    NO

10. Have you periodically vacuumed the condenser coil?

   YES    NO

11. Is your unit in “Alarm” mode?

   YES    NO

12. Is the correct temperature displayed? Does the LED temperature reading appear to roughly correspond with the temperature in the cellar?

      In case the temperature displayed by the controller does not correspond exactly with the indication of another probe (you trust),

      we allow for a +/- 4 ºF calibration MORE INFO....

      NOTE: Compare to the liquid temperature only. The temperature varies according to the position of wine bottles in your cellar  MORE INFO...
