A serial number is required for all replacement orders.
- Please take a clear photo of your serial number and a picture of the cabinet and email it to customerservice@winerackingdepot.org
- Your order will not be processed until the serial number is received.
- The serial number can be found:
- On the left side of the cooling unit, or
- On the power cord for the light
The serial number is also used to determine whether an upgrade kit is required to install the newer model that replaces older units.
- If a serial number is not provided:
- An upgrade kit will not be included, and
- Additional charges will apply if an upgrade kit is later required.
