Important: Serial Number Required

A serial number is required for all replacement orders.

• Please take a clear photo of your serial number and a picture of the cabinet and email it to customerservice@winerackingdepot.org

• Your order will not be processed until the serial number is received.

• The serial number can be found:

  • On the left side of the cooling unit, or

  • On the power cord for the light

The serial number is also used to determine whether an upgrade kit is required to install the newer model that replaces older units.

• If a serial number is not provided:

  • An upgrade kit will not be included, and

  • Additional charges will apply if an upgrade kit is later required.
