Important: Serial Number Required

• A serial number is required for all replacement orders.
• Please take a clear photo of your serial number and a picture of the cabinet and email it to customerservice@winerackingdepot.org
• Orders will not be processed until the serial number is received.
• The serial number can be found:
  • On the left side of the cooling unit, or
  • On the power cord for the light
